Ryobi Limited was founded in Japan in 1943, starting with the production of die-cast products. Headquartered in Fuchu, Hiroshima, Japan, the company expanded over the years to include manufacturing offset printing presses, power tools, and builders’ hardware. While Ryobi’s Die Castings Business is currently its main focus, accounting for 80% of consolidated net sales, the brand is also widely known for its power tools and outdoor power equipment, which are licensed to Techtronic Industries in some markets.
