Aladdin, founded in 1908 by Victor S. Johnson, Sr., began as the Mantle Lamp Company of America, initially known for its improved kerosene lamps. The brand diversified into vacuum bottles and lunch boxes through Aladdin Industries. Today, the Aladdin brand is owned by Pacific Market International, LLC, and continues to offer thermal products, while the name is also associated with other licensed products, such as balloons.
